Virginia opera Delivers Fairy Tales, History and Verdi

The 2025-26 Virginia Opera season is under way with a fresh lineup of classic tales, historic struggles and a classic Italian take on Egyptian mythology over the course of the next few months. Here’s a look at the shows set for the Harrison Opera House in 2025 and 2026.
